Qualifications

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document daily patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide patient/family instruction and health teaching.
• Coordinate patient care with inter-professional team.
• Maintain safety and continuity of care with hand-off tools.
• Delegate appropriately and support unit quality improvements.
