Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to learn Penske tools and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs to ensure safe, road-ready vehicles.
• Log and research repairs using Penske tools and systems, including basic diagnostics.
• Assist with tire changes, lubrication, and routine component replacements on gas and diesel engines.
• Collaborate with management to pursue new skills through Penske training programs.
• Take on other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
