Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Experience as Diagnostic Technician in automotive industry.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
- Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify vehicle issues.
- Supporting fellow technicians with technical guidance when required.
- Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards.
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards.
- Delivering excellent customer satisfaction through first-time fix quality.
