Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior diagnostic technician experience.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete job duties as assigned.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis and repair support to customers.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls related to Autel scanning procedures and issues.
• Explain diagnostic results and recommended actions to customers.
• Maintain and operate diagnostic tools and equipment safely.
