Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to apply technical knowledge, support Autel scanning units, and diagnose complex vehicle systems. You will assist customers, answer calls, research to resolve issues, and explain findings to clients.

The role requires 2+ years of diagnostic experience, tools, and knowledge of automotive electronics. I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred; a fast-paced team environment awaits with ongoing training and advancement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or obtain proper diagnostic tools.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic procedures on vehicles using Autel scanning equipment.
• Explain findings and repair options to customers.
• Research issues to resolve complex vehicle system problems.
