Qualifications
- BS or equivalent dairy-industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dairy processing and CIP systems.
- Familiarity with dairy industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement activities to improve processing and sanitation.
- Audit plants for processing and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with Processing Teams to recommend formula/parameter changes.
- Develop data analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute trials to solve manufacturing issues.
- Support plants to resolve critical quality issues.
- Document procedures and specifications for teaching and reference.
- Assist in regulatory compliance and maintain product quality.
