Job summary

Daisy Brand is seeking motivated Processing Technicians in Garland, Texas to join a 24/7 dairy production team. This role emphasizes strong attention to detail, rapid learning, and the opportunity for growth within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will operate a range of automated and manual processing equipment, unload milk and cream tankers, and ensure high-quality production while adhering to GMPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Understand and follow GMP and safety requirements.
• Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving.
• Able to multitask in a team setting.
• Must lift 50 pounds.
• Experience in dairy production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance, process controls, and safety.
• Perform daily critical control point temperature checks.
• Operate and troubleshoot in-process equipment.
• Test incoming ingredients and WIP.
• Unload milk and cream tankers.
• Pasteurize and process dairy products.
• Record production and quality controls.
• Clean in place and sanitize equipment.
• Follow GMP, housekeeping and safe practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
