Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in financial services, including trader environment or trade desk.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA) with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and analyze customer issues; provide effective solutions.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Options and Margin trading.
• Use analytics to identify trends and propose customer-centric solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and onboarding processes.
• Address escalated issues balancing regulatory compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning and process improvements.
• Provide support for Event Contracts after licensure.
