• 1-3 years experience with root-cause analysis and corrective action follow-through Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring reviews of work orders for handling, timeliness, categorization.
• Monitor NDAA-related work orders and satisfaction triggers.
• Validate ADA tracker documentation and assess timeliness.
