Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Compliance Analyst to implement risk-based programs focused on high-risk maintenance and EHS issues. The role involves reviewing work orders, monitoring compliance, and supporting maintenance operations.

The Compliance Analyst executes risk-based work programs with emphasis on high-risk maintenance/EHS work orders (EHS, emergency, urgent, NDAA), PM timeliness/attachments, amenities/safety inspections, ADA/accommodations tracking, high-risk lease addenda, and damage fee defensibility.
