Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or closely related field is required.
• Experience: 3-5 years in property management; 4-6 years in EHS in construction/property management; leadership in safety programs.
• Ability to investigate incidents and determine root causes; strong communication with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety and Environmental Program to ensure company-wide compliance with laws and regulations.
• Analyze program effectiveness, prepare metrics, and present to executive leadership.
• Coordinate site training, audits, and contractor/vendor safety requirements across properties.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage OSHA/EPA inquiries as needed.
• Ensure environmental and safety training is delivered and kept up-to-date across all sites.
