Jerpbak Bayless Machining in Solon, OH is seeking an Advanced CNC Programming Specialist. You will program complex parts for mills and lathes using Mastercam and Smartcam, working from SolidWorks models and customer drawings to define machining intent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years CNC programming in production or job shop.
• Expertise in Mastercam and solid SolidWorks capability.
• Extensive multi-axis programming on mills and lathes.
• Excellent blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Background in tight-tolerance work and complex thread forms (ACME, buttress, custom).
• Independent problem-solver; experience with post edits and macro/parametric programming.
• Experience assisting with quoting or DFM/manufacturability reviews.
• Exposure to automation or lights-out machining.
