Jerpbak Bayless Machining in Solon, Ohio is seeking an experienced leader to own and optimize a high-precision CNC operation. You will drive multi-axis machining performance, mentor machinists and programmers, and sustain rigorous quality and safety standards.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in job shop environments with lean practices. A Bachelor’s degree and ERP/MRP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership in a CNC environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong GD&T reading and interpretation skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and shipping.
• Develop and mentor machinists and programmers.
• Enforce safety, quality, and tight tolerance standards.
