Dauch Corporation is seeking an Advanced Operator for the 3rd shift to support and set up machines in the Machine Centers area. The role includes coordinating with customers and suppliers, creating CNC programs, and driving improvements through CI processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with courses in industrial/mechanical technologies or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Three to five years' experience in machine technology/operations and routine maintenance preferred.
• Career Readiness Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines in the Machine Centers area.
• Coordinate customer/supplier activities (containment).
• Create and install CNC programs.
• Coordinate setup activities using the department schedule.
• Participate in machine runoffs and maintenance activities.
• Lead and participate in CI process and corrective actions.
• Support autonomous maintenance and daily pre-op inspections.
• Identify improvements and contribute to team knowledge.
