Dauch Corporation is seeking an Advanced Operator Welding on 2nd and 3rd shifts to support and set up machines in the Machine Centers area. The role involves coordinating activities, creating CNC programs, and leading maintenance and CI efforts to meet budget targets.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years in machine technology/operations, and a Career Readiness Certificate, with hands-on experience in setup, tuning speeds/feeds, and problem-solving in a metal

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in machine technology/operations and routine maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED with courses in industrial/mechanical technologies or equivalent.
• Career Readiness Certificate

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer/supplier activities (containment).
• Setup two technologies within established time study.
• Create and install CNC programs.
• Coordinate setup activities using the department schedule.
• Participate in machine runoffs and maintenance tasks.
• Lead CI process and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cell on quality process assurance.
• Participate in autonomous maintenance activities (daily pre-op inspections).
