Dauch is seeking an Advanced Operator Straightening/Shot Peen for the 3rd shift in Newton, NC. You will set up and run machines in the Machine Centers area, coordinate containment with customers and suppliers, and develop CNC programs.

The role emphasizes CI, autonomous maintenance, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams; prior experience in metal forming and driveline contexts is helpful.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with related technical training.
• 3–5 years experience in machine technology/operations and routine maintenance.
• Career Readiness Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer/supplier activities (containment).
• Setup two technologies within established time study.
• Create and install CNC programs.
• Coordinate setup activities utilizing the department schedule.
• Lead and participate CI process; plan and implement corrective actions.
