Production Castings, Inc. is seeking dependable CNC Machine Operators for our 2nd shift in Missouri. You will operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts in a climate-controlled, safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have CNC experience or trainable manufacturing experience, can read blueprints, and perform in-process inspections. You will help maintain production flow and uphold quality with reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• CNC experience preferred; will consider trainable candidates with manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production flow.
• Identify and report quality or equipment issues.
• Follow safety and work instructions at all times.
