SRC Automotive, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Operator in Springfield, MO to operate machine shop equipment and an assembly line to produce parts to specification. This role requires setting up machines, performing offsets, and inspecting outputs with CMM data, contributing to quality and efficiency.

Our Advanced CNC Operators operate machine shop equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, presses, drill presses, CMM, or operate an assembly line for routine parts from casting. They may operate manual machining equipment. They produce production parts to required tolerances for preparation for the engine assembly.
This is a 2nd shift position working 3:30pm - 2:00am Monday-Thursday with mandatory overtime as needed Fridays and Saturdays.
Applicants must be able to work in a manufacturing environment. You may be exposed to harsh conditions such as dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures for extended period of times. PPE such as steel toed boots, safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection may be required.
You will regularly be required to walk, stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk and hear. You may sit 5% of the time and stand/walk 95% of the time. You must be able to frequently lift or move 35 to 50 pounds.
