Springfield Remanufacturing Corp is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator in Springfield, MO. You will operate multiple machines and perform routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing parts.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools to fix defects, setting up machines, handling materials, and performing minor maintenance as needed. The role requires strong time management and manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to perform routine production tasks such as grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers and grinders.
• Carry out routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning and polishing objects or parts.
• Use hand and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Manage time effectively to ensure handling time matches or exceeds cleaning time.
• Conduct machine setups, handle materials, and perform minor maintenance as needed.
