Take the Lead as an Advanced CNC Operator

Embark on a journey to precision as you sculpt intricate components with our cutting-edge CNC machinery. This pivotal role involves not just operating CNC Lathes and Mills, but mastering them, ensuring that each part crafted meets high industry standards.

Your Daily Impact :

• Strategically set up and initialize machines using precise engineering setup drawings.
• Perform vigilant inspections, ensuring that every machined part aligns perfectly with blueprint specifications.
• Drive production cycles with an eye for optimizing processes to deliver unrivaled quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality teams to uphold and surpass industry standards.

Requirements for Success :

• Proven experience (4-7 years) in CNC machining, ideally within aerospace.
• Solid ability in blueprint interpretation and detail-focused machine operation.
• Physical readiness for prolonged standing, lifting, and maneuvering tools.
• Must submit to and satisfactorily pass any pre-employment screening required for employment with the Company.
• Must take medical exams required by law, in conjunction with occupation specific activities, the physical work environment, and ongoing industrial hygiene sampling results.
