Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires little supervision to identify additional tasks.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated CNC experience.
• Solid computer and math skills are required.
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic experience reading blueprints.
• Some experience with GD&T is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate a minimum of two CNC equipment types on medium to highly complex components.
• Change and/or replace broken tools independently.
• Identify issues with fixtures and interpret drawings related to GD&T.
• Read CMM reports and adjust parts as needed.
• Participate in 5S workplace organization and sustainment activities.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality; may work overtime or alternate shifts.
