Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Operator II for the 3rd shift in Rochester, NH. The role requires operating a minimum of two CNC machines on medium to highly complex components and training others as needed.

You will read drawings with GD&T, interpret CMM/equator reports, and work effectively in a team alongside leads and quality staff in a manufacturing environment. Regular attendance and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and related experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of CNC experience.
• Ability to read and understand English work instructions.
• Basic blueprint reading skills; GD&T knowledge is a plus.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to perform secondary operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least two types of CNC machines on medium to high complexity parts.
• Change and replace broken tools independently.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T as they relate to parts.
• Read CMM or equator reports and adjust parts accordingly.
• Support 5S and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Occasional overtime or shift changes as needed.
