Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an entry-level CNC Machine Operator I in New Hampshire. You will operate CNC equipment on low to medium complexity components and perform basic setup, inspection, and quality checks.

Responsibilities include loading parts, following process documentation, performing measurements with gages, and maintaining a clean 5S workspace while complying with EH&S and on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to set tool height with assistance.
• Typically 90 days CNC trainee or 1 year CNC operator experience.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Some reading of drawings helpful; English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Independently load parts and operate CNC equipment.
• Complete process checklists and procedures.
• Identify and assemble cutting tools per process documentation.
• Learn tool wear and start line in programs.
• Inspect parts using caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
• Maintain 5S and keep work area organized.
• Adhere to EH&S requirements and on-site attendance.
