Qualifications

• One year of experience as a licensed clinical social worker.
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient clinical settings.
• Experience developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Experience using comprehensive psychosocial assessments and current diagnostic categories.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides direct clinical social work treatment and/or substance abuse services to clients with complex problems through comprehensive assessments and individual, family and group treatment.
• Provides supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers and guidance on psychosocial assessments.
• Develops comprehensive service plans with measurable objectives.
• Initiates collaboration with other mental health providers to improve services and identify unmet needs.
• Develops data for statistical and planning systems and research.
• Prepares administrative reports and suggests operational policies and procedures.
• Oversees development and implementation of client treatment plans and related services.
• May provide forensic evaluations and expert testimony in appropriate settings.
