AWP Safety, Inc. is seeking an Advanced MOT Supervisor to support on-site MOT operations, coordinating with the Facility Manager and project teams to ensure safe, compliant work zones and effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities include setting up channelizing devices, guiding flaggers and drivers, transporting equipment by company vehicles, and completing pre-job safety briefings and logs. A valid Advanced MOT Certificate and 2+ years in traffic control are required along with a

Asa Advanced Certified MOT Supervisor, also referred to as a Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) youwill work in collaboration withtheFacility Manager, Project Managers,andlocal MOT teamto support MOT’s core values and mission to protect our customers’ people, business, and time.MOT TCS reviews and executes temporary traffic control plans and/or standards to ensure work zones are properly installed and maintainedalong with coordinatingand communicatingwith customers to ensure the safety of all workers.
