Atria Health Institute is seeking Advanced Care Providers (NPs and PAs) to join our Internal Medicine teams and collaborate with our Chief Medical Officers. You will contribute to high‑quality patient care in urgent and primary care settings with a forward‑thinking, preventive approach.
Join our founding LA team as we scale operations, maintain a strong culture, and drive excellence across clinical, care coordination, and experience functions on the West Coast.
Formación
- 5 days x 8 hour shifts (Mon-Fri)
- CA NP license for specialty, or CA PA license
- 2+ years practicing NP or PA-C
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Availability to be flexible with weekend coverage
- Experience in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Medicine
Responsabilidades
- Perform comprehensive health assessments with CMOs and develop care plans
- Prescribe medications, order/interpret tests, and manage chronic conditions
- Educate patients on prevention and healthy lifestyles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Perform phlebotomy, IVs, vaccines, and EKGs
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide home visits as needed during west coast expansion
