Job summary

Atria is seeking Advanced Care Providers (NPs and PAs) to join our Internal Medicine teams in Florida, collaborating with CMOs to deliver high‑quality care. Candidates should have strong internal medicine knowledge and experience in urgent or primary care, with comfort treating adults.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, prescribing medications, ordering tests, preventive care, and coordinating with specialists. A dynamic, fast‑paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Current Florida license required.
• 2+ years' experience as a practicing NP or PA-C.
• BLS & ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Medicine preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: NP/PA with CMOs to perform comprehensive assessments.
• Treatment and Management: provide primary and specialty care, prescribe meds, order tests.
• Health Promotion and Disease Prevention: educate on preventive care and screenings.
• Collaborative Care: coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and refer when needed.
• Clinical Care: perform phlebotomy, IV insertion, and EKG; may see urgent visits weekends.
• Documentation and Recordkeeping: maintain accurate medical records and regulatory compliance.
• Ethical and Legal Compliance: adhere to professional standards and privacy regulations.
