• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical writing skills.
• Effective communication across all levels.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access; experience with ERP or database systems.
