Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician (Advanced BT) in California. This full-time role offers hands-on ABA experience under multiple BCBAs and cross-setting collaboration with mid-level supervisors.

You will also provide field support and administrative assistance as needed. Flexible hours are required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and the ability to travel between cases within the service area.

Qualifications

• Prior ABA experience required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be available Monday-Friday with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy across diverse cases and settings.
• Collaborate with multiple BCBAs and mid-level supervisors to expand clinical knowledge.
• Mentor and support new Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by supervising BCBAs.
• Adapt daily to organizational needs and cover for staff absences or urgent cases.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Uphold professionalism and client care standards.
