Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales and parts expertise in a full-time role. You will handle parts identification, sourcing from special orders, and use store systems for inventory and transactions.

The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of automotive systems, and ability to work varied shifts. ASE certification is preferred and valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors and bathrooms.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
