Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and advanced DIY service support. The role emphasizes selling, troubleshooting, and sourcing parts to meet customer needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work with advanced identification, utilize store systems, and perform detailed parts lookup while maintaining high service standards and assisting with inventory tasks. ASE certification is preferred, with a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service excellence.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety, task assignment).
