• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs with customer consent.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and advise on safety and reliability.
• Document work on the repair order for traceability.
• Maintain standard tool inventory and organize special tools as needed.
• Keep up with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
