Caliber Service Center in West Sacramento is seeking an experienced auto body technician to join our collision repair team. You will blueprint and execute repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec alignment and high-quality finishes.

We value a two-year hands-on background, strong frame knowledge, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a collaborative, fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Strong frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Commitment to quality with no shortcuts.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
