Job summary

Caliber Collision Fountain Valley is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications using modern equipment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You’ll blueprint repairs, perform full collision work, and ensure quality finishes while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: can lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
