Job summary
Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking an Associate Director for Advanced Analytics to drive AI/ML and BI solutions across Growth & Manufacturing, accelerating digital transformation. Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver data-informed decisions in marketing, R&D, and manufacturing domains.
You will define the analytics roadmap, collaborate with product owners, and champion agile delivery while guiding organizational adoption of analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 7+ years in analytics, data science, or related field and 3+ years in people management.
- Demonstrated deployment of ML/AI solutions in Marketing analytics, R&D analytics, or Manufacturing analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the advanced analytics roadmap aligned to the AI and digital transformation strategy.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists.
- Partner with the Director of Analytics Products to shape Analytics strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing to deploy MMM, segmentation, and forecasting analytics.
- Partner with R&D to develop predictive models for innovation pipelines.
- Work with Manufacturing on OEE optimization and predictive maintenance.
