Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking an Associate Director of Advanced Analytics to lead Growth & Manufacturing analytics, building AI/ML and BI solutions to drive data-informed decisions. Focus areas include marketing effectiveness, R&D pipelines, and OEE optimization in manufacturing.

You will manage a team of analysts and data scientists, partner with marketing, R&D, and manufacturing, and shape the analytics strategy across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Statistics/Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years in analytics, data science, or a related field and 3+ years in people management.
• Proven track record deploying ML/AI solutions in Marketing Analytics, R&D, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, PowerBI or an equivalent BI platform, ML modeling and cloud data platforms.
• Agile delivery experience in an analytics or product context.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics roadmap aligned to AI and digital transformation strategy across marketing, R&D, and manufacturing.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists, fostering innovation and agile delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing to deploy MMM, segmentation, campaign attribution, and predictive maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into analytics user stories and deliver value in iterative sprints.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
