Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Finance Lead, FP&A Intelligence to own the FP&A Intelligence capability within Finance Capability & Technology. You will build AI-powered analytics, automation, and agent layers that transform planning, forecasting, and reporting across budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly variance analysis.

You will be hands-on in building the system, own SAP/S4 and Snowflake data pipelines, and deliver dashboards and tools for BU CFOs and finance partners to make

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related field.
• Experience with Snowflake and AI/LLM tooling is preferred.
• Strong Python, SQL and Power BI skills for analytics and automation.
• Experience designing AI agents or copilots in finance context is a plus.
• Deep FP&A knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP/S4 FP&A data structures and reporting systems.
• Ability to own a roadmap in a fast-moving matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the FP&A Intelligence capability end-to-end—budgeting, forecasting, LRP, variance analysis, and BU support.
• Build and maintain AI agents for FP&A workflows, including forecast pack generation and commentary.
• Automate month-end close and forecast cycles, replacing manual Excel processes.
• Own SAP/S4 and Snowflake data pipelines feeding FP&A analytics with integrity and traceability.
• Develop self-serve FP&A tools—dashboards, scenario models, and agent interfaces for finance teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial Intelligence to connect FP&A and commercial data seamlessly.
• Translate complex FP&A questions into scalable, repeatable solutions for finance partners.
• Contribute architectural patterns and automation frameworks to the Finance AI roadmap.
