Job summary
The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a strategic Head of Transformation & Capabilities to lead the global GBS transformation and continuous improvement agenda. You will define the vision, drive execution across AI, automation, analytics, and talent development, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
You will build high-performing teams, govern AI initiatives, and create roadmaps spanning three years to elevate services from descriptive to prescriptive
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience driving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation portfolios
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional portfolios
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the GBS transformation and capabilities agenda in line with strategic priorities.
- Translate strategy into a portfolio of initiatives, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Build and govern a portfolio of AI-enabled use cases with clear value realization.
- Lead continuous improvement and operating-model modernization across GBS capabilities.
- Drive governance, change management, and stakeholder readiness for major transformations.
