Job summary

Pacira is seeking a senior leader to oversee enterprise commercial data management, focusing on strategy, architecture, quality, and governance of the company’s data ecosystem. You will design platforms, manage master data processes, and ensure data assets enable reporting, analytics, forecasting, and decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Insights & Analytics, IT, Finance, Market Access, and external data providers, supporting in-line products and pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8-10+ years in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or data management, with proven experience in commercial data warehouses, master data management, and analytics tools like Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.

Preferred

advanced degrees and consulting background.

High-Value

expertise in pharmaceutical commercial data sources - customer, sales, GPO, contract, payer, claims, CRM, digital marketing; experience supporting commercial and trade operations; strong SQL, data governance, and project management skills.

Work setup

Office-based with up to 10% travel.
