Job summary

Pacira is seeking a senior leader to oversee enterprise commercial data management, focusing on strategy, architecture, quality, and governance of the company’s data ecosystem. You will design platforms, manage master data processes, and ensure data assets enable reporting, analytics, forecasting, and decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Insights & Analytics, IT, Finance, Market Access, and external data providers, supporting in-line products and pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10+ years in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or data management.
• Proven experience in commercial data warehouses, master data management, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise commercial data management strategy and governance.
• Design data platforms and master data processes.
• Support data integration and quality to enable reporting, analytics, forecasting and decision-making.
