Job summary

Paramount Advertising is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive growth across Paramount’s Advanced Advertising portfolio. You will serve as a strategic advisor to agencies and advertisers, translating capabilities into integrated, data‑driven media solutions across linear, streaming, and digital channels.

You will manage a Hold Co aligned pipeline, forecast and nurture opportunities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable revenue growth while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advertising sales or agency experience, with a demonstrated understanding of how data flows throughout the ecosystem.
• Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative nature.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical and data concepts into compelling client narratives.
• Well-developed presentation skills that demonstrate a command of our business, offerings and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Sell data-driven and optimized executions across linear and streaming.
• Manage a Hold Co aligned Advanced Advertising sales pipeline including forecasting, prospecting, pipeline management, reporting and long-term revenue growth.
• Identify and cultivate new Advanced Advertising opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
• Leverage campaign performance, audience insights, and measurement outputs to uncover incremental revenue opportunities.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and clients by conducting a high volume of face‑to‑face calls.
• Collaborate across platforms within Hold Co to generate revenue across Paramount’s portfolio to deliver holistic client solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for clients and internal counterparts.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
