Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with 2 years supervised clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with clients with substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients in home, community, and office visits.
• Develop individual recovery plans with client and support system.
• Provide education on substance use and dual diagnosis risks.
• Offer one-on-one services focusing on substance use goals.
• Coordinate referrals to community services and levels of care.
• Complete documentation per agency policy and state requirements.
• Provide crisis/on-call coverage as directed.
