Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is hiring an Adult Residential Facility Administrator in Apple Valley. The role ensures regulatory compliance, client safety, and quality care while communicating with conservators and external agencies.

You’ll manage staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations with a focus on governance and service excellence. The Administrator coordinates medical appointments, follows doctor recommendations, and acts as a first responder during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ARF certification and relevant licenses required.
• Experience supervising staff in residential care for adults with disabilities.
• CPR/FA and CPI certifications help ensure safety and de-escalation readiness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Maintain communication with conservators, service coordinators, and outside agencies.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage schedules and labor hours.
• Oversee daily operations: notes, audits, finances, and file maintenance.
• Be first responder in emergencies and manage 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
• Schedule medical appointments and follow up on doctor recommendations.
