Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support adults with brain injuries in a home-like setting. You will implement rehabilitation strategies, support daily living skills, and encourage independence as part of a dedicated care team.

The role emphasizes advocacy, positive behavior modeling, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure high-quality, consistent care. Training and ongoing supervision are provided to promote professional growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 20% of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Promote independence in daily living tasks, personal care, community integration, and vocational skills.
• Deliver behavioral protocols and group therapies, apply positive reinforcement.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to the treatment team.
• Assist with client medication administration according to prescribed regimes.
