Job summary

ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support adults with brain injuries. You will assist with daily living, social skills, and vocational goals in a home-like setting while implementing behavioral plans and encouraging independence.

The role operates 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with mandatory weekend shifts. Qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong confidentiality and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in rehabilitation or healthcare is a plus.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence in daily living, cognitive activities, and vocational skills.
• Deliver behavioral protocols and group therapies with positive reinforcement.
• Monitor client condition and communicate changes to the treatment team.
• Assist with medication administration according to prescribed regimes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, home-like setting and ensure safety standards.
