Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner, located in Johns Creek, GA, seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to support adults with brain injuries in daily living, social skills, and rehabilitation goals. The role involves implementing behavior plans, promoting independence, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible candidates will assist with medications, maintain safety and documentation, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a record of responsible driving behavior and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote client independence in daily living, social, recreational, and vocational tasks.
• Implement behavior plans and group therapies using positive reinforcement.
• Monitor and communicate client changes to the treatment team for appropriate care.
• Assist with medication administration according to prescribed regimes and facility standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment compliant with licensing and CARF standards.
• Complete accurate documentation and shift summaries per state and organization standards.
