You will implement behavior plans, monitor progress, and communicate changes to the treatment team while maintaining client confidentiality. A driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviour; travel up to 20%.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence by guiding daily living tasks and skills.
• Implement behavior plans and deliver group therapies with positive reinforcement.
• Advocate for clients and observe changes to inform treatment teams.
• Assist with medication administration according to prescribed regimes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, home-like setting and document all activity.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff.
