Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Independence: Guide, assist, and encourage clients in daily living tasks, personal care, community integration, cognitive activities, and vocational skills.
• Implement Behavior Plans: Deliver behavioral protocols and group therapies, address behaviors proactively and respectfully, model pro-social behavior using positive reinforcement.
• Client Advocacy & Observation: Monitor clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions; communicate changes to the treatment team.
• Medication Management: Assist with client medication administration according to prescribed regimes and facility standards.
• Maintain Environment: Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming home-like setting compliant with licensing, CARF, and organization standards.
