GlaxoSmithKline seeks an Adult Immunization Specialist to advance vaccine access and uptake across providers in your territory, educating on disease prevention and collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful public health impact.

This field-based role requires building relationships with clinics, health systems, and pharmacies, strong communication, and willingness to travel locally and regionally. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in pharma sales are expected, with CRM proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed for customer engagement.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive (driving is essential for this role).
• Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex information simply.
• Comfortable with using technology and CRM systems to track activity.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, health systems, pharmacies, and public health partners.
• Communicate the clinical value of vaccines clearly and effectively, using approved educational materials tailored to your audience.
• Develop deep expertise in adult immunization and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
• Use data and insights to craft personalized plans that increase vaccine access and uptake in your assigned territory.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales partners and medical affairs, to address customer needs and remove barriers.
• Maintain accurate records of your activities and follow all company policies and healthcare regulations.
