Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive vaccine uptake across adult customers in Montgomery/Dothan and surrounding areas. You will educate healthcare providers and staff on vaccine benefits and GSK’s portfolio, coordinating with account leaders to optimize patient vaccination goals.

The role requires strong customer engagement, scientific fluency, and ability to translate data into actionable discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement. Occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on disease prevention and vaccine portfolio to drive immunization uptake.
• Engage with internal medicine, family practice and health departments to communicate value.
• Collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull-through in accounts.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality customer engagement per policies and regulations.
• Maintain CRM documentation and participate in business reviews and trainings.
• Meet territory sales, immunization rate and market-share targets.
